Have you wanted to practice Meditation but worry about the commitment a meditation practice may add to your busy life? Not only the time and consistently it takes to practice but also that tiny underlying fear that you will change. That somehow you might have to give up juicy hamburgers or a glass of wine. Maybe you consider yoga or running to be your practice?
Meditation doesn't change you, it reminds you of who you are and what is important in your life. At the very least, Meditation is savasana for your schedule – a time out and slight release from the grip of planning and running your life.
If you have a practice or are just starting out, let's support each other. Come for tea and kindness Wednesday night April 4, 7:45-8:45. We have chairs and blankets to sit on, this is a donation only event.
